The first in my vacation series: Rome, Italy
A simple scene you see everywhere.
Warm colors and flower filled window boxes.
As many of you already know we were blessed to take a
"trip of a lifetime"!
We were gone 24 tour packed days. The first 14 days were spent in Italy
with friends Kathy and Bruce, my brother Carl and Beth and Rashetta.
Linda and Kathy planed our trip perfectly. We arrived in Rome,
checked into our B&B and started with a private tour of the Borghese
Gallery followed by a private evening tour of the Vatican Museum.
Finishing at 10pm! If you are interested, the girls picked
Arco del Lauro B&B in the Trastevere area and Context Travel as our
tour guides, these were in-depth guides that are often professors.
Excellent exhausting first day.
