I will be posting photos and my mileage as I go along... I am so blessed, April 2023 I was in the middle of chemo and not allowed to ride.  Tomorrow I get another 3 month check but so far, all clear.  So this ride means a lot to me.

I have no idea what this is... it was cloth with pins sticking in it. I found it at Glendale Flour Mills in Boyertown. I liked the challenge of the patterns.

Today a client/friend/computer wiz came to install a new router and tweak Linda's computer. Then we took them to the Bulls Head Pub for lunch. I squeezed in a bike ride early evening. My plan is to work on my larger painting tomorrow.

Busy day... again, we both had dentist appointments, this time a scheduled cleaning.  Then lunch at Fox Meadows in Leola then to the farm to get eggs.  Down to $5 a dozen, still way higher than they should be.  It is Wednesday so that's date night dancing!

Friday we went to Glendale Flour Mills in Boyertown. This painting is from there. I am lucky, the owner allows me to walk around and take photos that I use for reference to paint. We may or may not have brought something home!  Also on July 11-12 I will be at the mill with my paintings and demonstrating so save that date!

Saturday I took the whole day to draw 2 paintings. I don't paint 2 at a time but since I didn't feel like painting I took the time to draw.

New 18x14

We had a friend visit this morning so rather than work on a mini I finished this larger one. Copper from Potts Grove Manor in Pottstown, PA.   It will frame to 18x14 and I do not have a title or price.

I enjoy the little hidden objects we walk past without noticing.


Meanwhile last week I finished 2 larger paintings.
Both framed 14x18. I do not have them titled or priced, but I am working on it.

This was my Open Studio demonstration painting.




Over this weekend I started working on some copper pieces...

Just to keep my Monday exciting, I had an emergency dental appointment.  Unlike most of you, I still have my wisdom teeth...as of today I have one less.  I had to have it pulled.  I am glad I had my painting finished before the appointment!

My flower commission was picked up today and they loved it!

I also wanted to let you know we are NOT raising our prices.  We decided to absorb the increases we are feeling.  The price of matboard, foamboard, frames, tape, screws and wire have all gone up, way up and I do not see them going back down.  I see them going up even higher since almost all comes from China.  Remember to support the small business owners struggling to survive!  Shop local.

Busy day today.  Started with a donation pickup for Warwick Education Fundraiser.  Next was a client picking up a painting.  Then a friend who needed a little help with his painting.   A trip to the bank, frame yesterdays painting and finish todays.  Suddenly I look up and its 4 o'clock!
