My student brought in this still life
to paint and Linda insisted I also paint it.
After I started working on it I got into
the spirit of it. I painted the flag while
listening to our new President. How
ironic that the little blue antique bottle
happens to be a Bromo-seltzer bottle...
an old headache remedy! That makes
me chuckle. Now you may like this little
painting but not want it hanging all the time.
Linda's suggestion is to bring it out on all the
appropriate holidays and set it around.
It doesn't need a nail!
What a day, what a day. We had the TV
on all day and it was exciting. Waiting to
get the real story from Abbey & Ben who
were privileged to be there.
