I went back to my French inspiration.  This is from the Alsace Wine Trail.  Love that yellow color.  Unlike any color we have here in the states.


One  week today since Linda’s knee replacement.  I think she is doing well.  It is mostly pain management and swelling management.  Her surgeon takes a different approach.  She is to be resting like she has the flu.  And 5 times a day, which turns into every 2hrs.  Do 2 stretches, walk, ice and elevate. A huge thank you to everyone who dropped off meals, flowers, and care packages.  We are blessed with wonderful friends.

Linda is home. Pretty bad swelling and we are having a little trouble getting ahead of the pain.  It will be a long night here at the Smith house.  But we are told it will improve daily from here.

Getting ready for Linda's knee replacement on Monday.  She has been at her desk nonstop, I have painted a couple paintings ahead for next week.  I will be in charge!  Hopefully no one needs help!!
