This painting is the Lititz Mutual Insurance
building at the square in Lititz. I was interested
in the way the steps and railing bring you up
from the shadows into the warm lights. They
have greens with lights hung around the large
entryway. It is a magnificent building and I
have painted it several times.

We are in full holiday mode here. Yesterday
was spent getting ready for Abbey and Ben to
arrive. There was cooking going on all day.
Jason was also home, the neighbor boy was over,
some of Abbey's friends stopped in; a full house.
We are still missing Rashetta from CA. Not sure her
exact plans. Tonight we took the family to the
American Music Theater and just got home.
Thank goodness I had my blog painted before we left!
