I wanted to paint detail in the fence and
background, making it realistic. Then adding
a more impressionistic feel to the climbing
rose bush. I was attracted to the green
and red splash of color against the white.
Watercolor classes start this week. If you
live close to my studio and like to paint, you
should consider a class. I think I am a pretty
good teacher!
